Including these makes it much faster to help:

• Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
• The app version — shown at the bottom of the Profile screen
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if it's something you can see

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. You can create and join sessions anonymously. Signing in only adds cross-device history and planning.

Who can see my location?
Nobody. Your group only ever sees the calculated midpoint — never anyone's address or coordinates. See the Privacy Policy.

How long does a session last?
24 hours. After that the session and everything in it is deleted automatically.

How do I delete my data?
Profile → Clear my data, or Delete account to remove everything permanently.
